This machine adopts electric and hydraulic combine control. It has two working procedure, Manual and auto its die locking adopts toggle force- expanding mechanism. Its operation is stable and reliable. Its pressure injection adopts 4-grade mechanism, three grades different speed and one grade pressure increasing. The pressure injection and pressure increasing can be controlled and regulated individually and can not be affected each other.
It can meet the requirements of die-casting processing parameters; main hydraulic components are famous imported products. The electric system is controlled through PLC.
This machine can be used for nonferrous metals die-casting parts such as aluminum, Zinc, copper etc with middle size.
